Our vision as a small, family-owned business has always been to make our service to homeowners and Board-members a benchmark for all Communities and neighborhoods.

 

We strive to make it easy for you to enjoy your experience as a homeowner of the Laveen Ranch Homeowners Association.  It should be enjoyable to be a homeowner and a privilege and honor to serve in the Community.  We want you to always "feel good to come home!"

 

As homeowners ourselves and a former Board-member and Treasurer of our Community, we know what's important to you - and that's our passion to serve your Community with pride as your Association Managers.  We will do many things differently because we're small enough to form your Community's vision into ours!


We are innovative and creative as we look for the best technology to serve you, including a new Community web-page, your own 24x7 access to HOA Account information and payments, all of the Association's Architectural forms, guidelines and CC&R documents to make finding information easy! We use digital pictures as we complete inspections in your Community and we are committed to educating homeowners in understanding the rules and design guidelines of the Association.


We look forward to meeting many of you at upcoming Community events here at Laveen Ranch and know that we will speak to many of you over the phone or through email at times when you need us!

Homeowners may access the Homeowner Portal to review your HOA account, make payments and view most recent HOA documents and Meeting Minutes.

 

The following dates are the scheduled Board meeting @ 7:00pm for 2025:

 

 Janaury 28th

 

March 25th

 

May 27th (Annual)

 

August 26th

 

October 28th (Budget)

 

All homeowerns are welcome to attend.

 

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss business of the association properly brought to the board of directors.

 

Executive Session Meeting

(directly following the Board meeting)

 

Trash pickup is scheduled for each Wednesday in the Laveen Ranch Community.

 

The City of Phoenix provides a link to the Trash Pickup Schedule and how the holidays affect your trash pickup with the Holiday Schedule.

 

The 2025 scheduled bulk trash day by the City of Phoenix are the weeks of:

 

January 17th

April 18th

July 18th

October 17th

 

Bulk trash may be placed curb-side in advance one week only. 

 

If you have scheduled an individual pick-up outside of the HOA pick up dates, you will not be allowed to place your items during the HOA pickup time and you will need to let the HOA know of the date or you will received a violation and possible fines.
