Please remember to make all payments to Laveen Ranch HOA, as we are unable to cash payments which are made out to Royer Association Management and checks will be returned.

We provide free payment options available to all Laveen Ranch homeowners from your checking or savings account.  You may even schedule your payment automatically on a specific date each month.

Credit Card payment options are now also available, and a small convenience fee will be charged to those homeowners choosing to pay your Association Dues in this way.  This $4.95 convenience fee simply helps us absorb the additional fees assessed to us by the Credit Card companies.
